TERMS
PAYMENT: Full payment required on the day after the auction in cash, certified funds, bank wire transfer, Visa, MasterCard, Discover or checks. Payments in cash, cashier check, bank wire transfer or check with a bank letter of guarantee will receive a 3% discount.
BUYERS' PREMIUM: A 13% Buyers' premium applies to all lots purchased up to and including $500. A 3% buyers' premium applies to all lots purchased for over $500 and is subject to all applicable sales tax.
REMOVAL: All purchases must be removed at buyers expense and responsibility by Friday, December 6th from 8:30am - 4:30pm.
