a large tube lined border depicting 7 blooming and 7 open anemone
flowers in washed shades of red and blue. The border of flowers is
backed by decorative filigree in green. The washed background gradates
from tones of green to deep blue at the base with blue interior. The
base is signed W. Moorcroft, impressed and painted. Shows crazing
throughout the glaze. In very good, clean condition, no chips, cracks,

a 3 part pierce carved crested gallery. The two side crests, carved
with swirled filigree, sit over 2 shelves and two mirrors with carved
supports. The top supports have a second arm branching out to a round
candle platform. The center crest is bowed and sits over a 2 door
cabinet with pierced overlaid mullions and decorative moldings over a
third lower mirror. Below the serpentine marble top, in the center, is
a single drawer and double door bow front cabinet with pierced mullions
and moldings on the doors. Either side has 2 mirrored back shelved
sections with scroll carved supports. The lower apron with a carved
medallion in the center and scrolled moldings. Stands on short cabriole

SIGNED EJ BOHMAN BURLED WALNUT FIGURAL CARVED PARTNERS DESK. This
19th century Swedish piece has a black leather top with detailed
border. Below the writing surface has 3 drawers on either side with
ebonized moldings and ivory escutcheons. A single carved lions head
separates the drawers and each corner is mounted with an ebonized
floral carving. The whole piece is decorated with ebonized trim. The
base features 4 full standing cherubs, holding robes in one hand and
the other is supporting the top. The doors are mounted with an ebonized
carved plaque each with a different industrial invention. Behind the
doors, 2 sections have 4 drawers, one has 4 portfolio drawers and the
forth has 4 shelves. This piece is in overall good clean original
finish. The keyholes all have ivory escutcheons. The black leather top
shows some wear from regular use. Paper label reads E.J. Bohman -
Stockholm. The locks are stamped G. & H. Lagerback, Eskilstuna.

CARVED WALNUT SLANT FRONT SECRETARY WITH BUILT IN SAFE ATTR. HERTER BROS. This
is a very high quality piece attributed to Herter Bros. The elaborately
carved crest features astronomer's tools, including a book, globe and
dividers hanging from drapery and surrounded by oak leaves and acorns
on either side below a nice shell carving at the top. Below is a large
molding carved with leaf carved corners. The bookcase section has 3
adjustable shelves and 2 beveled glass doors featuring a silver banded
ivy leaf and berry pattern. On either side of the doors are vertical
fish scale moldings with leaf carvings at the top cornice. Either side
of the slant front desk has leaf and berry carvings over figural lions
heads with scrolled bases. The lid features a burled panel in the
center, which drops forward as the writing surface. The inside is
complete with a satinwood interior and a 6 section compartment over 3
drawers on the right and a built in safe on the left. The pulls inside
the gallery are molded with grape vines and show a brown patina with
gilt. The base shows a single carved drawer over 2 doors, which are
carved with north wind faces, drapery and fruit. The locks are signed
G. Bayer, Pat. Feb. 6, 1872. This piece is in excellent, clean original
finish and condition, showing no flaws or repairs. 43.5"W x 106"H x

shows a robed woman and the other shows a nude man with a leaf covering
his mid section and a robe in his left hand, these figures are shown at
the base of the fluted shafts. Both lamps feature a double font oil
lamp on top molded with leaves and filigree. They are mounted with a
nude figure of Zeus holding a robe. The oil lamps are freestanding in
an inverted bell shaped platform, which is also molded with filigree.
The base of these lamps features a decorated platform, on which the
figures stand. 3 figural lions head legs and claw feet. These pieces
are complete with no losses or notable flaws, both showing a clean

a carved and incised drop apron under the top. The large center column
is nicely turned and shows a gilt fluted section with decorative gilt
incising above and below. The 2 turned support columns, which are fixed
to the center column, show gilt fluting and incising with carved round
mounts on either side. The bottom platform is complete with a splayed
apron decorated in gilt and a carved skirt over 4 turned feet. In very

front. The splayed legs have a single band of inlay around the
perimeter and show an elegant leafy gilt brass mount on their outside

HANDEL 18" REVERSE PAINTED ORIENTAL PHEASANT TABLE LAMP # 7021, ARTIST BROGGI. The
18" shade is reverse painted with 2 colorful oriental pheasants,
depicted in colors of green, blue and white, surrounded by clusters of
blue and white flowers and yellow filigree. The vibrant background
shows in two tones of red and black silhouetted foliage. The underside
of the shade is signed Handel 7021 and artist signed Broggi. On a 24"
signed Handel oriental library platform base with an original 3 socket
spherical cluster and nice dark brown patina. Pull chains have been
shortened and recapped at the base. This lamp is from a private Boston

sculpture shows Mother Mary with long flowing hair, staring up at the
heavens, her arms posed in praise in front of her. She is wearing a
robe, which is gently draped over her left arm. Standing atop a sphere,
right foot in a sandal. She is stepping on the head of a serpent with
an apple in its mouth. Two horns are present, sticking out of the
sphere along with 2 cherubs and the scaled body of the wrapped around
serpent. A plaque reads "Souvenir of Silver Jubilee - Muther M.
Immaculata" (Immaculate Mother Mary). In very good clean and original

large hanging dome shows an all over leafy background in green striated
glass cut to small diamond shaped pieces. The main border of the shade
shows bright red cherry blossom clusters, each flower showing 5 petals
with a yellow center. Below this floral border is another band of
background glass forming an irregular lower rim, commonly found in the
Unique shade design elements. The shade is in very good overall
condition, shows minor repair to the leading, visible from the

a single drawer in the middle on one side, with 4 drawers on either
bank to the left and right. Each drawer if figural carved with the
north wind face representing the pulls and swirled carvings flowing to
either side of the drawer front. Each drawer has a separate lock. The
partners side of the desk shows a single door on either bank, which is
carved with swirling filigree. This desk stands on 8 carved claw feet.
Shows a partial oval Paine Furniture paper label under the center
drawer. Good clean original finish with no major breaks or chips, shows
normal wear and some rubbing to the edges of the drawer fronts. 55"W x

TIFFANY STUDIOS 22" BANDED DOGWOOD FLORAL TABLE LAMP ON AMERICAN INDIAN BRONZE BASE. The
leaded glass shade shows a geometric pattern throughout which is
created by green and white striated glass cut to small quadrangular
pieces. This pattern is shown in 8 rows from the aperture of the shade
and 3 rows from the bottom rim. The dogwood floral pattern is featured
in a banded border, stretching into the 8th geometric row from the top
and the 3rd geometric row from the bottom. Each of the flowers consists
of 4 pieces of opaque mottled glass depicting the petals and a 5th
yellow piece in the centers. Surrounding the flowers within this border
are large green leaves, showing some gray striations, and brown
translucent branches, visible in 3 places. The aperture of the shade is
5" in diameter and the shade is 8.5" high. The lower rim, which is 22"
in diameter, is edged with a ½" heavy bronze border. The top of the
lamp shows a reticulated spun bronze heat cap with a teardrop finial,
which sits over the shade. The underside shows 4 reinforcement ribs
running from the border to the aperture and is also signed on the metal
tag "Tiffany Studio's New York". The bronze base is in the American
Indian pattern; it shows a very nice dark brown patina. The platform of
the base is 11.5" in diameter. It is molded with squares and rectangles
in a linear pattern. Moving up the stem is a long fluted section with a
band of more scattered squares above and below. The spherical light
cluster consists of swirling arms reaching out to 3 original louvered
paddle sockets by Perkins. Mounted to the top of the cluster is a riser
with a 5" wheel, on which the shade sits. The base is signed on the
bottom plate "Tiffany Studios New York 529". Shade 22" diameter x 30"H.

a fern in her left. She wears a robe and an armored chest plate. Behind

mahogany blotter and matching glass inkwells with silver lids and
collars. There is also an open tray and a small knob which operates a
servants bell on the underside. Shows relief molded filigree and
borders with 4 mounted feet and winged maidens heads. Signed WMF 1/10

MARCEL BOURAINE. LADY ON THE WATER.
The figure, a kneeling nude, has long flowing hair tied back with a
floral head-band. Atop of a tall center platform with 2 side platforms
on either side, she has long filigree clusters with roses in either
hand and more groups of filigree and assorted flowers flow over and in
front of the platforms. Below, the long oval platform tray depicts
water. The figure is signed M - Bouraine and the back of the platform
is stamped "Bronze". In very good, original and clean condition,
showing great detail in the flowers, fingers, toes and hair. This piece

PAIR OF UNUSUAL AMERICAN CARVED OAK PEDESTALS. Each
has a 10 1/2" square platform top, surrounded by a 2 1/2" carved
border. The mid-section features carved faces on the corners of the
sides and swirled carvings. The short cabriole legs have scrolled leaf
carvings at the top and large claw feet. These pieces are in good clean
original finish and condition, showing light signs of normal use. The
corbels on the sides of the legs show some losses and repairs. 21"W x
