Terms:
Full payment by certified funds or wire transfer to Fahey Sales Agency, Inc. within 48 hours of the close of the auction. A 15% buyer's premium applies. This sale is exempt from Minnesota sales tax. All items are sold as is, where is, with all faults, and no warranties of any kind of condition. The seller, receiver, auction company or courts shall not be responsible for the condition of the items being sold. Buyer shall remove the property from the premises by December 1, 2009. Buyer to be responsible for any disconnect or rigging fees that may be incurred for removal. The final sale is subject to the approval of District Court.
