·       TRACT 3:  N1/2 23-150-40 lying south of Soo Line RR, Chester Township, East Polk County MN, 270 deeded acres

·       TRACT 4:  S1/2 23-150-40 (excludes south 1,000 ft. of east 3,186 ft.), 232.50 acres; and part of farmstead located in 26-150-40, 3+/- deeded acres; all in Chester Township, East Polk County MN

SPECIFIC NOTES ON LAND 

1.  There is a lease agreement (transferable) in place through August 31, 2010 for Enridge to store pipe on land in Tract 4 Section 23-150-40.  A copy of this agreement is available upon request.  There isn't a monetary transfer with the sale of the land.  The Buyer would receive money only if there is an extension of the lease after August 31, 2010.

2.  There is a buried fuel tank in farm yard.

3.  There are wells noted on maps (located in the image gallery) but none are active at this time.

4.  2009 real estate taxes paid by Seller.

5.  2009 crop is owned and will be removed by Seller.
