COURSE INFORMATION:

Topography of the golf course varies from relatively level to rolling terrain. Numerous tee boxes and green areas are elevated. Two small ponds provide a source for both controlling water runoff and providing irrigation to the course. The property is NOT located within an established flood hazard area. The course is generally recognized as a challenging and well-maintained golf course with a client base comprised of an array of individuals anywhere from the young professionals with families to the retired individual. Popularity of the course and a good reputation are expected to be on-going characteristics of the course.

There are two wells with pumps which provide water for irrigation of the course. The course consists of 141 acres, with approximately 105 acres being irrigated.
