Failure of the bidder to submit payment or failure to remove all items will result in the bidder being blocked from participating in future auctions with no notification.

Bidders are responsible for inspection of items and will not be issued a rebate or refund for any reason. All items must be picked up by Wednesday, August 5, 2009, 5:00 pm.  Any items not removed by removal date will be considered abandoned and the purchaser will lose all right, title and interest to the property. Removal shall be at the expense, liability and risk of the buyer.

Titled Items: There will be a $25 title transfer fee applied to all titled items. Titles to any titled items will be mailed to the buyer via certified mail no sooner than 14 days after receipt of payment, regardless of payment type.
