Likely manufactured in the late 1920s to 1930 as per serial number. This break action single shot 16ga Iver Johnson Champion shotgun was first introduced in 1901 and ran till 1957. It is chambered for 2 ¾” shells and has a fixed Modified choke, walnut forend and round pistol grip stock with no buttplate or pad. The receiver is a case color finish and the once blued barrel is turning its plumb wear. There are some scratches on the furniture and some freckling on the barrel. Please see photos. C&R
