Manufactured in 1979 as per serial number. This Ruger New Model Single-Six is a single-action, .22 caliber rimfire revolver introduced to improve safety with a transfer bar mechanism. While the most common barrel lengths are 5-1/2″ and 6-1/2″, models this is a long 9.5� blued version. It has a 6 shot fluted cylinder only (No .22 Mag Cylinder), fixed front and adjustable rear sights, and smooth factory wood grips. It shows signs of use with some finish wear and some scratches on the barrel. Please see photos.
