DIRECTIONS

Before going down the hill into Peace River, go east on Hwy 688 towards St. Isidore. After crossing Pat’s Creek, turn left (north) on Gunning Road (RR 210). Go a couple of miles until the pavement ends at the first crossroad turn left onto Twp 840. We are the first left with a cream and brown house and 2 shops.

Online Bidding Fees

To bid online you must register for the Auction. You will require a valid credit card or a letter from your bank. There is no online fee for online buyers for farm auctions currently. Online bidding starts at 10 a.m. You must agree to full Terms and Conditions to be able to bid. Your bid is a legally binding commitment and irrevocable offer to purchase. On “Subject to Owners Approval” item(s) your bid will remain binding for 2 business days.

Payment & Removal

Invoices will be sent out by email after the close of the sale. Please check your email/spam folder for invoice. All items purchased have to be paid within 2 business days by approved payment. Due to COVID-19 all payments are asked to be done electronically. Your invoice will have instructions on how to pay this way. If you can’t do this please call our office at 780-307-6510 to make other arrangements. Fees & Taxes are in addition to the final bid price. Item(s) cannot be removed until funds are verified to be in Rogers & Sons Auctioneers & Liquidators, Inc. Account. Everything is sold “AS IS WHERE IS” once an item is deemed sold it becomes the responsibility of the buyer.

Load Out Times

All Cattle purchased must be removed within 3 business days of auction once paid for in full. Cattle Will be sorted and prepared for loadout on the 18th. Cattle can be loaded out from Tuesday, January 19th - Friday, January 22nd. Ron will be on site all week to help with loadouts. Buyer or his transporter will require a paid invoice to have items released.
