**IMPORTANT LOT CLOSING DETAILS: Lots 1-104 will close at a rate of 2 lots per minute, and the remainder of the sale lots will close at a rate of 4 lots per minute . As this will move very quickly, we recommend you have your max bid in place prior to the scheduled closing time.

 Note that some lots are “LINKED” as stated, meaning the linked lots will remain open until no more bids have been placed on ANY of the linked lots in that grouping for 1 minute – This does not mean bidders are buying all of the linked lots in that grouping, only the one they are bidding on.

POST-SALE INFORMATION: Invoices from sale purchases will be sent out via email within 60-90 minutes of SALE COMPLETION IN ITS ENTIRETY. Loadout of auction items will be Friday February 27th from 10:00am-6:00pm, Saturday February 28th from 9:00am-5:00pm

Note** The first day of loadout tends to draw high volumes of bidders, to avoid long waits, please consider coming on Day 2 – Saturday. Please see email invoice for more details on pick-up and payment.

Items not paid for by February 28/26 will be subject to a 3% Interest Charge, and items not picked up by March 6/26 will be subject to an appropriate storage fee (minimum $50/week).
