Everything works, has a newer fridge, solar panel, one slide, sleeps 9, awning,a/c, tandem axle. Has always been maintained, has good brakes and newer tires. Has small amount of water damage on front lower wall, was rebuilt once but leaked again. No batteries or propane bottles and not currently winterized. Original Alberta Registration
