- Facility approval for closed-loop hydrocarbon extraction
- Current Fire Marshal / AHJ certification
- Closed-loop system engineering & compliance documentation
- Proof of insurance covering hazardous process operations
Auction Compliance Notice
Only qualified entities meeting all regulatory and facility requirements may participate in the purchase of restricted extraction equipment. Documentation must be reviewed and approved before access is granted.
