Red 10’x12′ side-door barn with roll-up, front door and three windows, ALL LOCKABLE with screens. Very good NEW condition, insulation fully by owner inside. White STEEL ROOF (To keep heat down in summer). Overhangs to prevent runoff from coming into windows. **REINFORCED FLOOR UPGRADE** can hold RTV/UTV lawn tractor or larger small class tractor that will fit inside. Comes with thermal curtains for both doors, also purchased and installed by owner. Was to be used as office, then decided not needed and too nice to be used for animals. READY to go for pegboard or drywall! Vented at top before peak, above workbench to prevent moisture buildup. Permanent skids built-in to structure, so can be set on concrete pad like it is now, on blocks with a wind skirt, or set into ground and leveled.
