Manufactured in 1953 as per barrel code. This Remington Sportsman 48 has a recoil operated action with a blued steel receiver and barrel fitted with an adjustable Poly Choke, white front bead sight, and a checkered walnut forend and stock with red rubber recoil pad. It has some finish wear with light exterior surface rust, and some scratches on the wood furniture. Please see photos.
