Manufactured in 1946 as per serial number. This Hi standard H-D Military was one of the first post-WWII commercial version of the Model H-D, which had previously been produced for the U.S. military for training purposes. These pistols feature an external hammer, 1 – 10 rnd detachable magazine, checkered bakelite grips, target sights, a manual thumb safety, and a 6.75-inch heavy barrel. It has signs of use with some finish wear on the right side of the receiver, and scratches on the barrel. Please see photos. C&R
