Manufactured in 1980 as per date code. This Beretta Model 76 Target .22 LR Semi-Auto Pistol. This Beretta Model 76 is truly a classic Rimfire pistol. Intended as a dedicated target pistol, the Beretta 76 features a large matte textured black barrel shroud and is integrated with the polished blued frame. This 76 was produced from 1971 to 1985 and used the same full-size frame as the earlier models like the 73 and 74. The sights on this model are adjustable. A notable feature on this Model 76 is that the rear sight comes mounted to the barrel shroud instead of the back of the barrel as on the previous models, giving it a longer sight radius and greater accuracy. It is a single action pistol with a light crisp trigger, a manual thumb safety, slide release, 1 – 10 rnd magazine, and a magazine release button located on the left side under the thumb shelf of the checkered walnut target grips. It has some signs of use but no abuse. Please see photos.
