Manufactured in 1944 as per serial number. This sporterized rifle features its original barrel cut down below the front sight but still marked with flaming bomb and date of 7-43. It has been re-finished in a bright blue, the rear sights have been taken off and replaced with a S&K scope base rings and a Tasco 3-12 scope with duplex reticle, mounted in a black Ramline synthetic stock with rubber recoil pad while still retaining the floor plate trigger guard. It shows some signs of normal use with some scratches on the barrel. Includes an Allen slip on cartridge holder and a black nylon sling. Please see photos. C&R
