This is a replica General Custer Revolver Colt .36 cal. Model 1861 Navy by the Franklin Mint. This item is for display purposes only and is non-functional. The revolver and plaque are in very good condition and have been maintained fairly well. The wood frame is 17 �� by 12�, has a few small dings, the velvet lining has a few small scuffs, and it includes a brass plaque and 2 brass mounting posts. The replica firearm has beautiful ornate engraving throughout, matching serial numbers, 6-round percussion cylinder, hard plastic molded eagle and crest grips, �Address COL. Same Colt, New York U.S. America� stamped on the top of the barrel, and the measures approximately 13� long. As mentioned before, this is for display purposes and is non-functional. It would make for a great wall decoration and as a token of Colts long and prominent history. Please see the photos.
