Manufactured in 2008 as per serial number. This Marlin Model 1894 lever action rifle is a modern version of the classic Model 1894, originally designed by John Marlin and introduced in the late 19th century. It features a 20″ JM stamped blued steel barrel and receiver chambered in the powerful .44 Magnum. With a magazine capacity of 9rnds, this rifle offers substantial stopping power, making it popular for hunting and self defense. It has a shrouded front blade and flip up rear sight, walnut checkered forend and straight stock with a rubber recoil pad, side load side ejection, and a Weaver optics base mounted on top of the receiver. Includes a nylon sling and extended side hammer extender. It has some signs of use with some scratches on the barrel and receiver. Please see photos.
