Frame manufactured in 1940 as per serial number and stamped “UNITED STATES PROPERTY” . The slide is a newer manufacture commercial pre-1970s. It has been made into a custom 1911 by one of its previous owners at some point. The frame and slide have been hard chromed, a Bar Sto barrel and Micro adjustable target rear and tall fixed front sights were installed, ambi thumb safety and beaver tail backstrap safety, checkered double diamond grips, flared mag well, and an adjustable trigger. Very Nice Pistol!! Includes 1 – 8 rnd magazine and a soft zip case. Please see photos. C&R
