Bambu Lab TEX PEI PLATE 350*320

Bambu Dual-Texture PEI Plate
The Bambu Lab Textured PEI Plate – FAP025 is an original textured PEI build plate designed for Bambu Lab H2D/H2S printers. The distinctively textured PEI surface ensures excellent first-layer adhesion and gives the bottom of your print a characteristic matte-textured finish.

Key Features:
Textured PEI Finish – High adhesion, especially for PLA, PETG, ASA, and ABS (depending on settings and conditions).

Easy Removal After Cooling – In many cases, the print simply "releases" once the plate cools down.

Spring Steel Base – Convenient model removal through gentle flexing of the plate.

Textured Print Bottom – Provides an aesthetic, uniform finish.

Compatibility:
? Bambu Lab H2D/H2S

? Not compatible with the H2C series

Usage and Instructions:
Before first use and whenever adhesion drops, wash the surface with warm water and dish soap, dry thoroughly, and avoid touching the active side with your fingers.

IPA (isopropyl alcohol) works well for routine degreasing.

For materials like PETG/TPU, use the manufacturer's profile settings (excessive adhesion can make removal difficult—be sure to wait until the plate cools down).

Automatic Release Upon Cooling:
The textured PEI finish withstands repeated heating and cooling cycles of the printer's heated bed. Prints easily release once the heated bed reaches room temperature. Dust and grease buildup on the build plate reduces adhesion. It is recommended to clean the surface regularly with detergent and water to maintain optimal adhesion. Increasing the heated bed temperature increases adhesion; users should adjust the bed temperature to suit their specific requirements for the best adhesion level. Gently sanding the textured PEI surface with fine-grained sandpaper (600 grit recommended) can help restore adhesion. Bambu Lab recommends using only official Bambu Lab adhesives on Bambu Lab build plates and accepts no liability for any damage to plates caused by using third-party adhesives. Always wait a few minutes before removing printed models to allow the plate to cool down and the print to be removed easily. This prevents damage to the plate and ensures a long product lifespan. Bambu Lab build plates are considered consumable parts that degrade over time.
