Method of Sale: Tracts will be sold in the choice method with the top successful bidder in the round of choice having the option to select both of the tracts or the tract of their choice. If the top successful bidder in the round of choice selects only one of the tracts then whichever tract is then remaining will then be sold. If the top successful bidder in the round of choice selects both of the tracts then the auction will be concluded. Once a tract is sold it will remain sold regardless of the price of the subsequent tracts. Each tract will be sold with the final bid price times the gross surveyed acres of that tract.

Closing Day: Closing shall be on or before February 12, 2027.
Terms: Purchaser (s) will be required to pay a non-refundable 15 % of the purchase price as earnest money deposit, and also agree to enter into a purchase agreement with the remaining balance due and payable on closing day which will be on or before February 12, 2027.
