Pickup Information
The scheduled pickup time is Thursday, August 13, from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM. If you are unable to pick up your items during this time, please contact our office to arrange an alternate pickup appointment. You may call or text 712-336-8468 to schedule a convenient pickup time.
Lakeside Realty & Auction staff will be available to assist when possible. Buyers are responsible for bringing any boxes, packing materials, and assistance they may need to safely remove their purchases.
Failure to remove purchased items does not relieve the buyer of their obligation to pay for their purchases. Items not picked up within a reasonable timeframe and without prior arrangements may be considered abandoned. Abandoned items may be subject to a $50 per day storage fee, if storage is available, or may be forfeited without refund.
Payment Information
Invoices totaling less than $500 will be automatically charged to the credit card on file. A 3.5% credit card processing fee will be added to these transactions.
Invoices totaling $500 or more may be paid by bank-certified check, wire transfer, or exact cash. No change will be provided for cash payments. Wire transfers are subject to a $20 incoming wire fee.
All invoices must be paid in full within 48 hours following the close of the auction. No items may be removed until payment has been received in full.
