The owners of these excellently located properties, in order to devote more time to their other business interests, have contracted with our firm to offer these properties at public online auction.
PREVIEW DATES: Friday, September 17th and September 24th and Thursday, September 30th from 4-6 pm each day.
Lots 1-12 are all lake view lots. They have from 48’ to 115’ of frontage along Lee’s Ford Marina and range in size from .19 acres to .45 of an acre. The lots will have city water and private sewer available.
Lots 13 thru 23 also front Lee’s Ford Dock Road from approx 50’ to 63’. Most of these lots are wooded and range in size from .08 acres to .45 acres. These lots will also have public water and private sewer available.
Lots 1-23 will all be sold by the plat and to the posted restrictions attached at fordbrothersinc.com. Lots 1-23 sewer fees will be $30 per month guaranteed for 60 months adjusted by the Consumer Price Index (CPI) after that date. Any multi-structure unit will be required to negotiate the fees with the owner. The tap-on fee shall be $300 plus installation.

POSSESSION: Lots 1 thru 23, possession will be with a deed. Lots 25-32 will be Landlord possession with deed.
LEAD BASE PAINT DISCLOSURE: The purchaser of a single-family residence built before 1978 has a period of ten days to inspect the property for the presence of lead-based paint. The inspection period is September 19st through September 29th, 2021. The successful bidder must sign a waiver of the 10-day post-inspection period.
