The sire, “Cheers”, is the last son of Nadine Hames’ late stallion Two Page Pistol. Two Page Pistol was an incredible all around producing stallion having produced a Saskatchewan cutting futurity champion, heading and heeling money earners, barrel racing money earners, high school rodeo horses, and even a few English and western pleasure mounts.
Tru Cheerio was no different, having produced both ranch and rope horses as well as halter horses.
The dam, DCF Revs Rodeo Rose, is a homegrown daughter of Revs Leo Scamp. She has got lots of body, is conformationally correct and deep in the heart girth. As a bonus she is homozygous for tobiano.
