The sire, “Cheers”, is the last son of Nadine Hames’ late stallion Two Page Pistol. Two Page Pistol was an incredible all around producing stallion, having produced a Saskatchewan cutting futurity champion, heading and heeling money earners, barrel racing money earners, high school rodeo horses, and even a few English and western pleasure mounts. Tru Cheerio was no different, having produced both ranch and rope horses as well as halter horses.
The dam, DCF Step Into Royalty, is a home raised broodmare sired by Hickory’s Silver King by Royal Silver King and out of Just Step Into Style who is the granddaughter of Midway Jet Pal who sired 31 offspring with show and race records totaling 1457 points.
