            The lands and premises found at 251 Main Street, Poplar Point, Manitoba as described in Certificate of Title No. 2706724/3 will be sold at a video-conference auction on Tuesday, the 2nd day of February, 2021 at 10:00 a.m.

             All persons wishing to participate in the auction are required to pre-register at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled auction by contacting Scott Lancaster at the telephone number or email address found at the bottom of this advertisement.

             The auction sale will be conducted pursuant to an Order for Sale issued by the District Registrar.  Certain parties may be prohibited from purchasing the property, including but not limited to, parties who by virtue of their employment or relationship to a person involved in the sale process would have special knowledge of the circumstances pertaining to the sale.  For more information and a list of prohibited purchasers please visit: www.teranetmanitoba.ca.            

The mortgagee is advised that property is an approximate 988 square foot single family detached bungalow with an unfinished basement on a 0.36 acre, 66 foot x 264 foot fully serviced lot in the town of Poplar Point, Manitoba.  The house, built in 1971 and fully renovated in 2013, contains two bedrooms and one washroom.

 Prior encumbrances: NIL

 Taxes:            The property taxes are paid in full to December 31, 2019.

 TERMS:         $30,000.00 by way of bank draft or certified cheque within 24 hours of the auction and the balance owing according to conditions to be announced at the sale.
