MORTGAGE SALE - ADJOURNED TO AUGUST 10, 2021
The building and land known as 910 Ingersoll Street, n the City of Winnipeg, in the Province of Manitoba, R3E 2L9, as described in Certificate of Title No 1406865/1 will be sold at auction on Tuesday, the 10th day of August 2021, by way of teleconference at 10:15 a. m.
The Vendor is informed that there is situated on the property a 4 bedroom 2 bath duplex comprising of approximately 1,596 square feet with 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom in each unit, 1 bathroom is only roughed in, and with an unfinished basement.
TERMS: Deposit of $ 20,000.00 by certified cheque, bank/credit union draft or solicitors trust cheque to the address below within 24 hours of the date and time of auction and the balance in accordance with the conditions to be announced at sale.
The Property is sold subject to a RESERVE BID of $251,928.49, plus such other additional and incidental costs which may be incurred by the Lender from the 23rd day June, 2021 to the date of auction and which costs will be announced prior to the commencement of the Sale.
Property Taxes are paid to December 30, 2020. Property Taxes are outstanding for 2021 in the total amount of $3,652.65 plus accruing penalty interest.
Purchaser to be responsible for payment of any outstanding water accounts owing by the Mortgagor.
