All aspects of the disassembly, dismantling, loading, transportation and removal of the silos shall be the sole responsibility of the purchaser. The purchaser shall be responsible for the actions and omissions of any contractor, subcontractor or other party engaged to carry out the works.
Prior to commencing any removal works, the purchaser shall provide evidence of valid Commercial General Liability insurance with a minimum limit of $1,000,000 per occurrence, covering bodily injury and property damage arising from the dismantling and removal work.
