Auction Terms1.    Everyone who wishes to bid in the auction must register for a bidder number with a state issued ID. 2.    Complete payment is due the day of the auction by cash, check with proper ID, or credit card (CC limited to $3,000 limit plus 3% fee). No items can be removed until settled for. All items need settled for within 1 hour of the end of the auction.3.    Auction company nor the seller are not responsible for accidents on the auction site.4.    All items sold in AS-IS, WHERE-IS condition, no warranties expressed or implied. No returns or refunds. All sales are final.5.    Buyers are responsible for their items immediately after purchase. The auction company is not responsible for lost or stolen items. All items must be paid for regardless of theft or faults.6.    All bidding increments are at the discretion of the auctioneer. 7.    $35 transfer fee applied to all titled items. Titles will be mailed to the buyer via certified mail 14 days after the auction.8.    This catalog is a guide only. Information and descriptions are believed to be accurate, but not guaranteed. All prospective buyers are urged to fully inspect each item and rely on their own judgment9.    All sales are subject Nebraska sales tax of 5.5%.
