Each bid placed is a binding agreement to purchase the entire contents of this unit. The winning bidder will be notified via email upon auction close. It is the winning bidder's responsibility to contact the selling facility and pick up the unit contents within 72 hours. The existing tenant has the right to cure the lien until the winning bidder pays cash for the unit at the facility, unless otherwise stated in the state lien law. There is no onsite disposal, all contents of the unit must be removed by the winner and the unit swept clean. The amount of the winning bid must be paid in CASH at the facility, along with any tax or cleaning deposit due. A cleaning deposit of $100 (CASH ONLY) is required before beginning cleanout of the unit. Cleaning deposit may be retained by the facility if the unit is not completely emptied and left broom-swept. A 10% ($10 min.) buyer premium will be charged by Lockerfox to the credit card on file at the time of auction close. Failure to adhere to these policies will result in bidding rights being revoked or login account suspension.
