Each bid placed is a binding agreement to purchase the entire contents of this unit. The winning bidder will be notified via email (and text message if enabled in your account) upon auction close. It is the winning bidder's responsibility to call the facility phone number between 8:30AM and 4:30PM Mon-Fri ET and speak with the Call Center Auction Department to make payment and get a scheduled pickup time and pick up the unit contents within 48 hours from when total payment is collected. The existing tenant has the right to cure the lien until the winning bidder pays for the unit. There is no onsite disposal, all contents of the unit must be removed by the winner, the unit swept clean, and lock deposited in dropbox. Winners must pay the amount of the winning bid, plus sales tax, via debit/credit card. No Cash. A cleaning deposit will be charged and returned once the unit is inspected following cleanout. A 10% ($10 min.) buyer premium will be charged to the credit card on file at the time of auction close. For any disputes, you are required to submit pictures of your findings when contacting the auction department. Each dispute will be researched thoroughly. Failure to adhere to these policies will result in bidding rights being revoked or login account suspension.
