Each bid placed is a binding agreement to purchase the entire contents of this unit. The winning bidder will be notified via email upon auction close. It is the winning bidder's responsibility to contact the selling facility and pick up the unit contents within 72 hours. There is no onsite disposal, all contents of the unit must be removed by the winner and the unit swept clean. The amount of the winning bid must be paid in CASH at the facility, along with any tax or cleaning deposit due. A cleaning deposit may be charged and returned once the unit is inspected following cleanout. A 10% ($10 min.) buyer premium will be charged to the credit card on file at the time of auction close. Failure to adhere to these policies will result in bidding rights being revoked or login account suspension.
