Item description:

Antique leaf Ironstone covered vegetable Tureen.  Arthur J. Wilkinson 1885-1896. Beautiful antique Victorian era covered Tureen in the timeless copper luster tea leaf pattern. Some crazing, which is typical of a 140-year-old piece.  The inside of the lid looks like a glaze wear flaw, and there are some stain spots on the outer lid.  6.5" x 3.5" x 9 1/4"L.  The pinkish-purple smudge right below the transfer-printed logo is an original factory decorator's mark or inspector's tally mark. Still a very nice addition to any collection.
