An antique E. N. Welch Mfg. Co. “Arditi” double dial calendar shelf clock in a wooden case with decorative carved scroll accents. The upper dial displays standard time with Roman numerals and dual winding arbors. The lower dial features Gale’s Patent Perpetual Calendar, which shows the day of the week, month, and date of the month. The interior of the case retains its original “Gale’s New Perpetual Calendar” printed instruction label, brass pendulum, and mechanical components. The reverse of the case features a manufacturer’s label from Forestville, Connecticut, alongside a handwritten service note dated August 15, 1919. A metal winding key is included.
