Description: A primitive group collection of four large antique kitchen and laundry enamelware wash basins. The assortment features a heavy, deep circular wash tub constructed with double welded iron loop side handles, finished in a bright white glaze with a bold black rim border. Accompanying the tub are three large oval soaking pans or dishwashing basins finished in varied cream, soft yellow, and white porcelain enamel glazes, each detailed with standard black or deep navy blue rolled edge trim accents.
Dimensions: The double-handled circular tub measures approximately 16.5 inches in diameter by 6.5 inches high. The three oval soaking basins measure between 16.5 to 18.25 inches in length by 12.5 to 13.5 inches in width.
Markings: No remaining factory paper labels, bottom stamps, or embossed manufacturer trademarks are present on the undersides of the vessels.
Condition: Authentic vintage utility condition with a heavy rustic patina. All four pieces exhibit classic porcelain enamel losses, surface chips, and exposed dark under-layers along the rolled rim perimeters, base edges, and handles. The interior basin floors show typical utility scuffing, superficial scratches, and small localized patches of red-brown surface rust oxidation, particularly concentrated on the interior floor of the large circular wash tub. One cream oval basin features a historical dark round repair patch on its interior floor.
