Description: A vintage 1971 genuine Regal China porcelain whiskey decanter produced for Jim Beam to commemorate the 53rd PGA Championship. The front displays a sculpted, high-relief palm tree motif framing a prominent circular red, white, and gold logo for the Professional Golfers' Association of America. The reverse side features a detailed, multi-colored illustrated map overhead graphic of the PGA National Golf Club East Course in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida. Completed by its matching crown-shaped white ceramic stopper.
Dimensions: Stands approximately 11.5 inches high to the top of the stopper by 7 inches wide.
Markings: The front lower base features its original gold foil product label reading "Genuine Regal China Handcrafted / Beam 100 Months Old / Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey". An embossed lower text block reads "53rd Championship / PGA National Golf Club / Palm Beach Gardens, Fla. / Feb 22-28 1971". The underside base contains an incised factory hallmark reading "Creation of James B. Beam Distilling Co. / KY-DRB-230 / Genuine Regal China 1971 / C. Miller / Regal China Corp."
Condition: Good vintage condition. The main porcelain figural body is structurally intact and free of cracks. The bottle has been unsealed and no longer retains liquid contents. The original white cork-lined ceramic stopper is detached, and the internal cork sleeve needs replaced. No chips or cracks. The red tax stamp paper strips remain partially affixed to the neck and stopper flanks with authentic aging and discoloration.
