Item description:

Description: A six-piece estate collection of vintage decorative brass table accessories and smoking notions. The focal piece is a large circular covered vanity box featuring a domed lid decorated in a colorful floral champlevé or cloisonné enamel pattern with pink and green blossoms over a gold stippled ground. Accompanying the box is an ornate openwork rococo scroll napkin holder, a figural leaf-shaped personal ashtray dish with an oxidized dark center well, a simple rolled-rim spitting cup or mini urn vase, a low round finger bowl detailed with a fine hand-etched botanical vine border wrapping the exterior flank, and a heavy relief-sculpted tabletop inkwell base or stamp box featuring a hinged lid depicting a medieval knight or conquistador figure standing over a stylized griffin or dragon creature.
Dimensions: The large cloisonné lidded box measures approximately 6.5 inches in diameter and stands 3.25 inches high. The medieval knight box measures 6.25 inches long by 4.5 inches wide. The ornate napkin rack stands 4.75 inches high by 5.5 inches wide. The leaf dish measures 4.75 inches long by 4 inches wide.
Markings: The underside base of the large circular enamelware box retains its original black and gold square foil factory label explicitly reading "MADE IN INDIA". The remaining five brass utility vessels and boxes are unbranded by their historical foundries.
Condition: Good vintage condition. All six solid brass pieces are structurally sound and entirely free of deep cracks, open punctures, or broken hinge joints. The brass surfaces display a beautiful naturally aged variety of patinas, ranging from bright golden tones on the napkin rack to deep brown tarnish and green verdigris tracking on the knight stamp container and leaf dish. The interior basin of the large Indian canister is exceptionally bright, clean, and golden. Minor cosmetic surface scratches and shallow firing pops are present across the enamel lid contours.
