DESCRIPTION:
collection set of vintage lathe-turned wooden bowls & 3pc Wood Salad Bowl Set. This assembled lot includes a three-piece master serving set handcrafted in India alongside a two-piece lathe turned nesting bowl set.
[SPECIFICATIONS]
Material: Lathe-turned mixed hardwoods (including light-finished natural grains, warm oak tones, and rich mahogany stains).
[CONDITION REPORT]
The collection exhibits cosmetic wear and a warm patina consistent with age, storage, and historical kitchen use. The individual salad bowls show typical light surface abrasions, minor edge scuffs, and age-related wear to the bottom felt linings. The three larger Indian wood bowls show natural grain anomalies characteristic of artisanal hand-turning. All pieces are structurally sound, free of deep cracks, and split-free.
