Condition Report:
Coins: Inferred pristine proof-strike quality, securely sealed inside original protective lenses.
Packaging: Cardstock envelopes and matching display boxes maintain a highly uniform, dense purple finish. The silver foil emblems remain sharp and reflective. The 1990 envelope shows a small spot of corner rubbing on the bottom right edge crease from long-term storage, while the 1989 box is exceptionally crisp.
