Item description:

This estate-found collector lot features a pair of vintage miniature hurricane-style kerosene oil lamps. The collection beautifully highlights late-20th-century novelty lighting accessories, constructed with mixed metals and warm amber-tinted glass.
Included Lamps:
Wall Sconce / Finger Loop Lamp: A versatile miniature metal lamp featuring a copper-tone font base tank mounted onto a matching round saucer pan. The backing plate is engineered with a keyhole bracket for wall hanging alongside a finger loop handle for carrying. The underside retains its original gold foil oval sticker reading “MADE IN HONG KONG”.
Amber Glass Lantern with Bail Handle: A delicate, all-glass body miniature lantern crafted from deep amber-colored glass. It features a decorative gold-tone metal band wrap that hooks into a matching rigid vertical wire bail carrying handle. The underside of the glass base retains a matching oval label reading “MADE IN HONG KONG”.
Burner Assemblies: Both lamps are equipped with miniature, functional brass-finish crown burners complete with independent scalloped edges and rotating manual wick adjustment knobs.
Era: Vintage late 20th century (Circa 1970s / 1980s).
Dimensions: Both lamps stand at approximately 4.5 to 5 inches in total height (refer to the edge-aligned wooden ruler markings for absolute scale).
Condition: Great vintage estate condition with honest character wear. The metal surfaces exhibit a beautiful, authentic storage patina and faint edge oxidation. The glass hurricanes remain entirely free of major fractures; however, please note that the top rim of the wall sconce’s amber glass chimney exhibits a rough, factory-cut or slightly flea-bitten edge typical of vintage miniature glass production.
