This auction is for all the FF&E of Schmelzer Industries, Inc 7970 Wesley Chapel Road Somerset, Ohio 43783.
The assets are being offered at a Court Ordered Auction as a package with a minimum bid of $50,000. The assets include all equipment, tools, air compressors, trailers, parts, office furniture. It does not include raw glass used for manufacturing, back up generators, building mechanical systems, fire extinguishers, etc.

Terms: Payment is required by wire only within 48 hours after the conclusion of the auction. The assets are sold in AS IS condition. The successful bidder can leave unwanted assets on the property. The buyer will have 60 days for removal of the assets. The buyer will be responsible to cap all plumbing lines that are disconnected and remove any loose electrical wires to the nearest junction box or disconnect. There is a 15% Buyer Premium charged to the buyer.
