Antique Emeralite Banker’s Desk Lamp, model 8734.  As adjusted, 12″ high with a base 6.5″ square.  Pictures will show a crack in the glass shade running from front to back.  The crack can be seen from the underside, but the shade feels solid.  Original cord and plug.  Untested.
