Item description:

In a frame matching the etch in the previous lot, a work  titled “Kahlenberger Strasse 26 (Beethoven’s House) and signed by Artist Luigi Kasimir.  18″ high and 17” wide with an obvious need to replace the glass which is cracked from the upper right corner.  Damage does not appear to have affected the matting and has not reached the etch.  Pictures will also show a one-quarter inch loss of finish at the top center of the frame.
