Without boxes, two favorites from Lego's Fabuland, made between 1979 & 1989 and designed for ages 3-7.   #3634 Charlie Crow's Carry-All with Charlie, truck and trash can with one broom & flowers, no shovel as pictured, copyright 1980 plus #3629 Barney Bear holding a wrench beside a red, blue & yellow car, copyright 1981.  Barney's car is 2 5/8" high, 4.25" wide, 2" deep.  Note:  since there are multiple ways to assemble these sets, please use pictures to determine if all pieces are present.
