Vintage brass opera glasses with possible leather cover.  Adjustable.  As pictured, 2 7/8" high, 4" wide at base and 1.5" deep.  The glasses work as binoculars as does the adjusting wheel.  Pictures will show green/tarnish especially under the leather cover.
