Model industrial buildings made primarily from painted cardboard and mixed materials. The first building is labeled "Leviathan Manufacturing Company" with two components: a brick-patterned three-story structure and an attached wood-style extension, both with green trim and painted details. The second building features "Hamby Tool & Die Co." signage and brickwork detailing, including blue trim on windows and doors as well as rooftop elements.
Both show evidence of hand construction and minor surface wear. The exteriors show some paint loss and scuffing, as shown in the photos. Suitable for layout display, model railroading, or diorama use. See photos for Measurements if Measurements were taken.
