The set features full color collector cards of NASCAR stars from the late 1980s and early 1990s, including Rusty Wallace, Bill Elliott, Harry Gant, Derrike Cope, Mark Martin, Ken Schrader, Davey Allison, Darrell Waltrip, and others. The packaging notes that it's officially licensed by NASCAR and was produced in the USA, with packaging in Canada.
