Cast metal tortoise-shaped lidded boxes, one with a bronze-toned patina and the other in matte black. Each figure opens via a hinged shell, revealing a shallow compartment suitable for holding small items. Note the molded details on the shell and legs.
Both figures' undersides show casting marks and surface patina consistent with metal construction. No visible maker’s mark or branding. Condition appears consistent with use and handling. See photos for measurements, if taken.
