Item description:

This lot presents an assortment of five HO scale model train cars and locomotives, representing a cross-section of mid-20th-century model railroading. Included are an Erie Lackawanna locomotive, marked “Made in Yugoslavia” by the AHM brand, notable for its detailed livery and traditional lines. Alongside is a Western Maryland FDF-15 engine from the Tempo brand, also marked “Made in Yugoslavia,” with signs of track usage and period-accurate lettering. The lot features a marked #623 silver caboose with bold side graphics, along with a yellow and red “Life Like Combined Shows” circus coach car, manufactured in Taiwan and decorated with American circus motifs, capturing a nostalgic era in rail entertainment. Rounding out the group is a compact cream and maroon cable car, marked “Nob Hill 81,” reminiscent of San Francisco streetcars. Each piece showcases unique branding and is constructed from a mix of plastic and metal, offering collectors a glimpse into international model train production from the Balkans, Taiwan, and the United States.
